Our Loyalty Card Scheme

Our customer loyalty card went live in-store on Tuesday 16th February 2021. During this time, we have been delighted in supporting Trees for Life and contribute towards replanting Scotland’s Forests in the Highlands. The total contribution has been 349 trees since February 2021.

A mature tree can absorb approximately 167kg of CO2 per year. Hopefully, once the trees you have all contributed towards have been planted, a whopping total of 58,283kg of CO2 per year could be absorbed!

We are pausing our loyalty card scheme

We have estimated that since February 2021, the Highland Health Store has donated approximately £2,094 worth of saplings to https://treesforlife.org.uk/groves/290090/ thanks to the generosity of our customers.

We also have managed to save our customers in the past 17 months in the region of £6,300 in total. Unfortunately, due to the rise in costs we are seeing a huge increase in our business overheads. We are also witnessing a decrease in customer footfall since the Covid-19 pandemic. Whilst shoppers shop more on-line, the independent specialist retailers like the Highland Health Store are having to cut back due to the lack of income.

We will be back

We are hoping that trade in Perth City will pick up and all of the small, independent retailers will see an increase in their business. The Highland Health Store is making temporary changes to be able to see through this tough period however, as soon as things pick up again, we hope to bring back our loyalty card scheme.
